150 – Very Concise Season Finale

Not… Look, we go into every episode with a plan, maybe not the most detailed plan, but some semblance of a plan. Sometimes we hit our marks and other times we go off script and talk, at length, about the various contexts of the word guzzle. This episode is definitely of the latter’s persuasion and honestly it’s fine, it’s our bread and butter. Disjointed, incomplete, often wrong – that’s Totpod to a T. An hour or so of honest conversation, that’s what you’ll get every week and will continue to get every week until life (or the authorities) force us to stop. So for our Season 3 finale, we offer to you the same as we offer you every week – Chaos. This week’s topics include: Pokemon, Cartoons, SNL, Resolutions, Books, Internet, Dogs vs. Cats, the word Guzzle, Movies, Porn, and everything in between.

83 – Fish For President

Introducing the 83rd episode of Thinking Outside the Pod. We begin with a discussion concerning the recent Doctor Who announcement that Jenna Coleman, who plays The Doctor’s companion Clara, is leaving the series. Jimmy and Jason, all the while, attempt to explain to Fisher all of the wibbily-wobbly timey-wimey ins-and-outs of the Doctor Who universe. Next, we discuss the announcement that Facebook will be offering new buttons in addition to the “Like” button. In light of this change, we come up with the idea of creating the most disliked podcast in history. Lastly, we discuss some of the recent Texas news stories that have brought shame upon our great state. First the multiple incidents where high school football players targeting referees and secondly the recent arrest of Ahmed Mohamed for bringing a clock to school. We also take the opportunity to get on our respective soapboxes and rant about political correctness in this day and age. All of this culminating in Jimmy and Jason forcing Fisher to run for president.
